Orders

Le Labo undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks.

In case products are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of products, we undertake to give you a refund as quickly as possible.

In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.

Le Labo takes no responsbility for lost shipments although it will do whatever it can to track them down. Shipment times are standard post office times for your region.

Delivery

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Le Labo cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for canceling the order.

Please be advised that Le Labo cannot be held responsible for lost packages for all non-tracked deliveries although we will do our best to sort any issue with the relevant post offices.
Please also note that tracked deliveries that are not able to be delivered because of absent clients and that are returned to us will be reshipped at the client’s expense, once the client of course agrees to this. In any case, please know that Le Labo does the best it can to track packages, sort out issues, reassure clients etc... !!!

 

Product Returns

Because all Le Labo products are personalized with labels that bear the client's name, we cannot accept returns. Products will be replaced at Le Labo's cost (including shipping) should there be quality problems with the product such as pump malfunction etc.

 

Risks and Warranty

The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by Le Labo shall take place upon handing-over the carrier.
If the products sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced. The return costs in this case are payable by us.

If you have any specific delivery lead times, could you please check with the team first before placing and confirming your order. Once an order has been placed you can not amend the shipping option.
The orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the client. We advise our client to provide all address details needed. If you have any special instructions regarding the delivery, please notify our team by adding a note when you place the order.

Please note the option delivery for international orders are

Non tracked delivery: tracked until it leaves the UK but not tracked further. However, it requires a signature on delivery at the country destination.

Tracked Delivery : tracked until the destination country and it is the safer option.

Please note, any orders made during any of the bank holidays in the UK, will be dispatched later as courier companies are closed. Therefore, the delivery lead times can not be guaranteed.

Invoices

An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.
